With more than 40 years of professional experience - including 25 years as CEO in various companies and countries - I have accompanied many people across all hierarchical levels in their careers. Young talents, experienced managers, even top decision-makers. I know what success feels like and what defeats mean. And I know from my own experience the changing challenges of new beginnings, the different paths, phases, and issues of professional careers.
